You will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding payment obligations to Little Lacquer Box LLC existing as of the effective date of termination and to settle any pending Transactions, and to pay any applicable fees or charges. Little Lacquer Box LLC reserves the right to suspend any pending Transactions at the time of your termination.
